Family Pictures 2010!

Matt's amazing sister, Raegan, took some pictures for us in July. Surprisingly enough, it went pretty smoothly; although we dealt with quite a bit of "akward kids' smiles"- she got some fantastic pics... she's so talented!

Raegan was so determined to get a great shot of Victoria. Even thought 2 year olds grin all the time, any parent of a toddler can tell you that getting a genuine smile on cue is much easier said than done. And although we didn't get her sweet cheesy grin, Raegan did get some amazing shots of her:

While we were running all over the park getting a good picture of Tori, we just sort of assumed that we were getting great ones of my sweet, affable, and compliant Isaac. We did get a few of him, but we didn't really check to make sure we were getting his true, genuine smile:

I think that these are fairly representative of his personality, though. He's not an extremist... just pretty even tempered and easily pleased. Just like his Daddy. :)

Although our Daphne LOVES posing and has as many grins as she has curls in her hair, you have to be careful to stay on her good side during a photo shoot so that you get something like this:

But we got her smiling again:

And wonderful Raegan persisted until we got the perfect shot of Daphne:

We even took a few of Matt and I together:

It's hard to believe it's been ten years since our engagement pics...

I had a hard time deciding which ones to put on my wall...

so I just framed all of them.
