May the Force be With You...

Many of you know that I have a nephew named Luke Skywalker. Really. I'm not kidding. His dad is a pretty serious Star Wars fan and that's the name they chose. I have never met a child more interested in or taken with Star Wars. Even his older brother's interest in the series pales in comparison. Well, our sweet nephew turned 4 this month and had a magnificent Star Wars costume party to celebrate. His Mom, Matt's sister, went all out with a handmade Darth Maul pinata, a homemade rebel alliance cake and lots of fun games; including Thaw Han Solo and Save Princess Leia. I stayed home for Victoria's nap, so I didn't get pictures of all that fun stuff, but I did get pics before they left.
Daphne LOVES to dress up- whatever the cause. I just scrounged together some things and dressed her up as Padme Amidala from Episode II. She was so excited that she was shaking while we got her ready! Here is her hair:
